Elif Güzel

Accounting & Finance Manager – Cyprus Fertina IVF

Elif Güzel is an academic and finance professional with extensive experience in accounting, finance, and business management. She completed her Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD studies in Business and Accounting at Eastern Mediterranean University. Her research focuses on financial performance, international accounting, product management, economic policy uncertainty, and financial efficiency.

Between 2013 and 2024, she served as a Teaching and Research Assistant and Instructor at Eastern Mediterranean University, delivering courses in accounting, cost accounting, international accounting, product management, and management information systems. She has also participated as an instructor in accounting training programs organized through European Union projects and the Cyprus Turkish Chamber of Commerce.

She served as Accounting and Finance Manager at Cyprus Family Dream Health Ltd. between 2024 and 2025 and has been working as Accounting & Finance Manager at Cyprus Fertina IVF Ltd. since 2025, overseeing financial planning, financial analysis, budgeting, and corporate financial operations.
