Sperm donasyonu erkeğin sperminin yumurtayı dölleme için yeterli ve gerekli özelliklere sahip olmaması durumunda kliniğimizde bir tedavi seçeneği olarak hastalarımıza önerilmektedir. Kuzey Kıbrıs Türk Cumhuriyeti’nde Üremeye Yardımcı Tedaviler Tüzüğüne göre sperm donasyonu uygulanabilir bir tedavidir. Spermin yumurtayı dölleyememe sebebi spermin sayısal,yapısal ve hareketlilik bozuklukları olabilir.
Menide sperm bulunamaması durumunda hastamızdan fsh, lh, testesteron, kromozom tayini, y delesyonu gibi kan tahlilleri isteriz. Eğer bu sonuçlar cerrahi olarak testisin içine girip testis dokusu ile birlikte sperm elde etme işlemi dediğimiz TESE ameliyatından fayda görmek noktasında ümit veriyorsa hastaya tese uygularız. Tese ameliyatı neticesinde sperm elde edemezsek tek seçenek bağışçı spermini kullanmak yani sperm donasyonu olur.
Sperm donasyonu gereksinimi baba adayına yapılan tetkikler neticesinde net bir şekilde ortaya konulduktan sonra donör talep formu doldurulur. Baba adayının boy, kilo, saç rengi, ten rengi, göz rengi, kan grubu, etnik kökeni gibi özellikler kaydedilir. Spermler Kuzey Kıbrıs Türk Cumhuriyeti’ne Danimarka merkezli lisanslı Sperm bankalarından getirilir. Cryos ve European Sperm Bank isimli sperm bankalarının internet sitelerinde donörlerin fiziksel özellikleri, kan grupları ve eğitim durumlarıyla ilgili bilgiler mevcuttur.
Sperm donasyonu tedavisine başlanmadan önce anne adayı titizlikle değerlendirilmelidir. Yumurta rezervi ve rahim içi durumu gerekli tetkiklerle net bir şekilde ortaya konulmalıdır. Sonrasında sperm temin süreci başlatılır ve aynı anda anne adayının yumurta geliştirme tedavisine de başlanır. Anne adayının yumurta toplama işlemi gerçekleşmeden evvel sperm temin edilmiş olur.
Kadının yumurtalık rezervi ve rahim yapısı değerlendirilir, uygun tedavi planı oluşturulur.
Anne adayı/donör’e hormon tedavisi uygulanarak yumurtalıklar uyarılır, ardından takibi yapılan yumurtalar istenilen olgunluğa ulaşılınca anestezi eşliğinde toplanır.
Danimarka merkezli sperm bankalarından hastaların talebine uyugun olarak seçilip getirilen sperm ile anne adayından veya donörden toplanan yumurtalar döllenir ve embriyolar oluşturulur.
Gelişimini tamamlayan embriyolardan en kaliteli olanlar seçilerek anne adayının rahim duvarına transfer edilir.
Transferden 12 gün sonra kan testi ile gebelik kontrol edilir. Süreç boyunca hasta danışmanlığı sağlanır.

Examinations are performed to confirm the need for sperm donation.

The intended father’s characteristics (height, weight, hair color, eye color, skin tone, blood type, ethnicity) are recorded to guide donor selection.
3. Donor Selection
Sperm is sourced from licensed Danish sperm banks (Cryos or European Sperm Bank). Donor information, including physical features, blood type, and educational background, is available for review.
4. Mother’s Assessment
The intended mother undergoes detailed tests to evaluate egg reserve and uterine health.
5. Treatment Synchronization
Once the sperm is obtained, the mother’s egg development treatment begins simultaneously, preparing for fertilization and embryo transfer.
