
Anastasia Öztürk is an integral member of the team serving as the International IVF Patient Coordinator at Cyprus Fertina IVF Clinic.
Anastasia’s primary mission is to serve as the critical liaison between international patients and the clinic’s medical team. She ensures a seamless, culturally sensitive, and highly efficient treatment experience for every patient, managing the journey from initial inquiry through post-treatment follow-up.
Originally from Saint Petersburg, Russia, Anastasia brings a strong academic foundation to her patient coordination role. She holds Bachelor and Master degrees from Saint Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance. She further distinguished herself by earning a PhD in Business Administration from Eastern Mediterranean University (Famagusta, Cyprus), where her doctoral dissertation focused on Organisational Behavior and Service Marketing.
Her advanced research in service delivery and patient experience is directly applied to her work in reproductive medicine. Since 2017, she has also served as a Senior Instructor at Eastern Mediterranean University.
Anastasia has specialized in international fertility coordination since 2021, during which time she served at Cyprus Family Dream Health. In 2025, she officially joined the Cyprus Fertina IVF Clinic as an international specialist.
Her experience ensures that the complex logistics of cross-border fertility treatment are handled with expertise and care. Crucially, Anastasia is fluent in Russian, Turkish, and English, guaranteeing clear and empathetic communication throughout the entire patient journey.
