In 2007, Mr. Kızılkanat became the first officially certified embryologist in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, an achievement that reflects both his pioneering role and longstanding contribution to the development of clinical embryology on the island. Throughout his distinguished career, he has worked with some of the region’s leading fertility centres, playing a pivotal role in establishing and managing state-of-the-art embryology laboratories. His extensive expertise encompasses every stage of the IVF laboratory process, including oocyte handling, ICSI, embryo culture, blastocyst development, embryo assessment, cryopreservation, and laboratory quality management.
